Terrible customer service. I ordered 5 pairs of boots November 21, paid for 3-6 day shipping, and didn’t receive my package until December 9th. I asked the seller to file the claim with DHL so that I could get a refund, and they refused. They also refused to refund me the money themselves. Do not order from them, order from a different seller who will ensure the delivery of your packages and has better customer service. I will NEVER order from this seller again. That’s money wasted.
